As the COVID-19 pandemic has altered the typical work week, cities are grappling with lower demand for offices, leaving many buildings uncompetitive within the leasing environment. As part of an ongoing CTBUH study supported by Schindler, this presentation highlights the current trends in the office market, and the challenges ahead supporting a need for flexibility within tall buildings.
